✈️ Booking Guidelines for Cabin Crew
To ensure a smooth booking and payment process with our newly introduced payment system, please kindly follow the steps below when making a booking request:
📋 Booking Procedure:
We kindly ask one representative cabin crew member to send a collective booking request on behalf of the entire group before leaving your base, ideally during the briefing room meeting.
The booking request must include the full names of all participating crew members.
Please note: The number of people alone is not sufficient. Full names are essential to proceed.
🔔 Important Notes:
All bookings are subject to availability.
We will do our best to accommodate your request and will happily confirm your booking based on availability at the time of your inquiry.
Crew members whose names are not included in the initial request may lose the opportunity to pay online, as invoices need to be prepared in advance by our accounts team.
These steps are part of our new payment gateway procedure.
⏳ Missed the Briefing? There’s Still a Chance!
If you miss the chance to send the booking request before leaving your base, we recommend sending it as soon as you can after landing — ideally from the crew bus or airport shuttle.
Reaching out early significantly increases the likelihood of finding availability for your group.
